Claims
If you have had a motor accident, please call our dedicated Claimsline on 0845 600 3319, and if possible, have your customer reference number to hand (your customer reference starts MF and is followed by 5 digits). If you need to report a non-motor claim, please call us on 0800 308 1222
0800 numbers are quite handy, as they are normally free, unless you are calling from a mobile, in which case they are very expensive, or you are abroad, where they do not work.
